Custom builds on a Cartel case are drastically easier vs Gen Spec - movement rings are plentiful, dial opening is perfect, crown tube height exact. However - if budget is not a concern, a Vietnam/Phong gen spec case is miles closer to gen. The BP has all the characteristics you clearly depicted, while the cartel/JKF still has 26 mm dial, better date wheel overlay, pressure fit friction bezel with gen like construction, better crown shape.
(Cartel cases are no longer spec. for fitting crystals). The best part of paying for a 5513 replacement case from MQ or other high end case makers, is that you can either use an ETA adapter ring from Yuki or put a real 1520 rolex movement in them when you get the funds. I honestly prefer that Cartel/BP uses the 6mm crown instead of the 5.3 on gen, solely for crown operation. 5.3 is way too tiny to control especially with crownguards.

Mine is similarly marked STAILESS STEEL and has the same SN, caseback says 5512 on mine. Looks like you've trimmed the fat stubby crown guards down and drilled the lugholes.
